Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VPNWear processes personal data across its website, user panel, and subscription services, including the scope and purposes of that processing. Website analytics and activity carried over international routes are handled separately; site analytics are not used to build profiles of users' browsing activity.

Account and Service Data

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. VPNWear processes usernames, password verification data, and account status for authentication, access management, and account maintenance. An email address is not required for account creation. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, those details are used only to handle that request.

To provide subscription services, this service stores plan status, data usage, order numbers, payment status, and refund records. Data usage is used to calculate allowances and does not include the websites visited, page content, or the content of communications. Ticket descriptions and attachments help diagnose issues. Do not submit passwords, login credentials, or complete subscription links.

No-Logs Policy and Diagnostics

VPNWear follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access over international routes, retain browsing histories, communication content, or detailed DNS queries, or persist connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's activity.

Temporary session states used to forward communications are released when a session ends and are not retained as historical connection records. Account-level data totals and plan status are billing records, not browsing activity logs.

Diagnostic information voluntarily submitted by users may include error details, route names, or device environment information. This service uses it only as needed to resolve an issue, and deletes or de-identifies it once the issue is resolved and there is no longer a related dispute to review. Before submitting, redact credentials and information unrelated to the issue.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Site analytics help us understand page visits, referral categories, and button usage so we can improve content and troubleshoot page issues. Analytics are limited to interactions with the website and user panel; they do not extend to other websites accessed through subscription services. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or subscription addresses in analytics events.

Cookies or local storage may be used to maintain necessary sessions and save language preferences and login status. User panel login credentials may be stored in the current browser's local storage, so avoid keeping a logged-in session on a shared device. Users can sign out and clear site data in their browser settings. After clearing it, users may need to log in again and reset preferences, but this will not automatically delete server-side accounts or orders.

Payment Processing and Data Sharing

VPNWear supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or settlement channel, and their respective privacy policies apply to their data processing. This service receives the transaction identifier, amount, result, and refund status needed to verify orders. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords.

Data is shared only to the extent necessary to fulfill orders, handle user requests, or comply with applicable law. This service does not sell personal data. When disclosure is legally required, only existing data within the scope of the lawful request is processed; this does not create browsing activity records that were not already being retained.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained until they are no longer needed for settlement, dispute handling, or applicable legal requirements. Site analytics are kept only as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or aggregated into data that no longer identifies individuals; they are not kept as indefinite personal profiles.

Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete account data through the support ticket portal, specifying the scope of the request. This service will verify control of the account. If unable to sign in, users can check the available options through the panel's support ticket portal. Do not send passwords to others to verify account access.

Deleting an account may affect subscription access and the ability to view historical records. Records still needed for settlement, dispute handling, or legal retention cannot be deleted at the same time as the account. This service will explain why they are retained and process them when the required retention period ends.

Policy Updates and Request Handling

Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the beginning will be revised. Important changes to data use or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Where legally required, consent will be requested separately.

For questions about this policy or data processing, contact us through a support ticket in the panel and specify the feature involved and the type of request. See the Terms of Service for service delivery and refund terms.
